Well, Texas is on the road to Stillwater, Oklahoma to play Oklahoma State.
Longhorns will be trying to prevent a 3 game win streak by the Cowboys.
This will be the biggest test for the Longhorns this year.  And a pivotal point for both teams, the winner may be in the driver’s seat for a Conference title game.

For Texas to win this game defensively they will have to prepare for two talented freshmen quarterbacks.  Play better assignment defense and tackle correctly.   The defense  is young and playing inexperience linebackers.   The injury to Hicks, does not help matters.  Longhorn’s defense must not allow big plays and continued to create turnovers.  They are a talented unit but still need to learn how to communicate  better and trust defensive  teammates.  The defensive line will have there hands full dealing with the Judo style blocking
scheme, of Oklahoma State.  And must also deal with  the size of the Cowboys  offensive line which has not giving up a sack this year.  The linebackers will have to play the best game they have played all year especially stopping the run.  And the secondary with two potential high draft choices must be prepared to defend some big and  fast receivers.  One more thing on the defense side more players will have to play due to the Cowboys’ hurry up offense.

Offensively, Oklahoma State ranked high in severely categories.  Scoring a lot of points and gaining great deal of rushing yardage.  They run a play action offense with a  balance attack.  It is not clear which quarterback will start Lunt or Walsh.  Lunt is a pro style passer with good size and Walsh is more of a runner with a smaller build and a short game passer.  They have two good running back in Randle and Smith both combine for over two hundred yards against
Texas last year.

Texas offensively must play possession football.  Run the ball and keep that Okie State offense off the field. They must keep turnovers to a minimum.  The line is going to have to open big holes. Oklahoma State has a big defensive line and very discipline.  Ash must maintain his composure and continue to play
within himself.  He must utilize checkoffs at the line of scrimmage to put the offensive unit in disadvantage situations.  The Texas receiver are  going up against a very good Oklahoma State secondary.  In this game, the receivers must sustain their blocks down field, for Texas 3 breakaway backs.

My predicition for this game will be Texas by three points and will score over 30 points.
